SO YOU WANT TO STEAL SOME CHILDREN (Endgame Catchall)
Welcome to the container for your endgame! This will be the place where you can perform your polterheist (we really love that portmanteau), and where you'll be able to commentate on the final trial!
ICly, the whole heist will take place Monday, while the final trial watch will take place Thursday. For anything not related to endgame, please continue to use the main deadland post!

Pool?
Remember when Mom showed us around?
The athletics center—
Oh, right, yeah! Right near the horses! I know where that is! Okay! We'll follow you!

The kids know the plan, guys! Time to get moving.]

You may worry about getting to the top of the basement door—it's locked, after all!—but when they reach it, the kids have a small discussion (I wanna! No way, you got to kick the stupid bear. I'll do it, you two, come on.) and Norman withdraws a bobby pin from the things he'd gathered to prep. He gets to work on picking the lock.
If you'd like to prepare any sort of distraction to set off, now's the time. ]

[Kana sighs nervously, then goes to the nearest active Boo Buddy…and sets her torch under it. Fire in the hole, everybody.]

Brrr! It's cold in h-
[ But then, it's not cold anymore. Because it's on fire! Convenient!
Timing-wise, this works out well, because the door to the basement clicks open just as smoke starts to fill the room, to billow into the hallway. A smoke alarm sounds, as the kids burst outside for the first time in seven long weeks.
Since you've given them a direction, they're off running, like a shot. Even though it's cold outside, though they have no coats, they seem invigorated just to breathe the fresh air.
But the Interim Headmistress and the Witch will be aware very shortly. Though they have to deal with the fire you just set, you naughty kids, they'll be here. Soon.
Let's get out of here, and return to the pool. ]

Vanity has enough energy to get them to the door, but they can take it from there. ]
Whoooa. Mom never showed us this place!
She probably didn't know about it.
But Mom knows everything.
She didn't know about the evil ghost witch, duh.
Come on, you two...
[ They continue on like this. Typical sibling bickering. ]

So the kidnapping went well, I take it?

Probably need to find them somewhere else to hole up until this whole thing blows over, though.

[Also someone should probably go get Isabella.]
...is Reba a friend or some kind of reference.

[ She hums. ]
You know, not to try to one-up her, but I do have an idea about where to put the kids that I think only we could do.

[Vanity is not getting wistful watching these kids Be Siblings at each other, it's your imagination.]
[But also she's almost definitely dropping whatever's left of the pens as they get to the pool. Competitive Pen Toss really takes it out of you.]
Whoof- okay, if we're all about to double die someone scream, I'm just gonna. Sit for a minute.
[She slides to the ground, back against a wall, with as much dignity as she can muster.]
[It isn't much.]
