There's a weird tension that hangs off of her, even more striking with the fact that she doesn't seem tense or angry, no matter how much she should be. It's just... regular Misty vibes. Rancid. The administration basement contains several rooms where the headmistress could be keeping them... for obvious reasons, I haven't been allowed down there myself to check, but I did dig through blueprints in the library.

The entrance is a locked door in the lobby, with stairs leading down from there. At the bottom of the stairs is a hallway, with doors to different storage areas leading off from it. Most of those doors don't lock normally, so you'll have to figure out how the rooms are secured, and unlock them yourself.

You won't have to worry about the basement door itself, though. All of my children know how to pick locks.
