ICly, the whole heist will take place Monday, while the final trial watch will take place Thursday. For anything not related to endgame, please continue to use the main deadland post!

[Kana lifts up her arms and gives a little shrug as if to say "well, do you have a better idea?"]

[ Chris barely acknowledges Vanity. She nods to Kana, and gets to work. She selects some paper Thanksgiving decorations for sacrifice because it's a horrible colonialist holiday anyway and eventually fashions a crude torch, setting it ablaze with the sparklers before passing it to Kana.

Motioning to Vanity finally, she then moves to get ready to pass through the door and into the outside, past the thermal camera, staying close to Kana. ]

Okay though how sure are we this isn't also going to set off the camera-

[ You stick close to Kana, carrying the improvised torch, and......

[Kana can't help but comment before immediately going back to being Torch Girl the girl with the torch. Anyway, what's in the other room across from here?]

[ Let's map out the rest of this hallway!

In the top right room, you will find a clearly marked janitor's room! With all the things you'd imagine a janitor's closet to have (mops, dusters, cleaning supplies) and also a Boo Buddy. ]

I like getting hugs!

[ Do not fall to its saccharine lies. ]

[ Chris motions to everyone to be quiet, then to Vanity for her to try and move reposition the Boo Buddy so they can get at that corner of the room still has strength she (she being Chris) needs to conserve.

In the meantime, Chris is going to search the room while Kana is on Torch duty for anything that can help them pick the lock on the door in the main hall. ]

[ Largely what you're going to find is cleaning supplies and buckets. You'll be able to look around most of the room, but you can't get close to the desk the Boo Buddy is on. ]

[Yeah yeah, she gets it. She holds up a finger in a "wait a second" gesture as she looks for something to shove at the Demonic Furby with.]

[Throwing a chair was a two-ghost job, but would she be able to use one to move the Buddy, or does she need to backtrack for a rake?]

[ We are a horror-inspired game here. Of course you need to go back for a rake. ]

[Do Kana and her torch need to chaperone Vanity? If so, Kana is going to cock her head towards a mop. Like. Vanity please.]

[Okay yeah one of us may have missed the presence of mops. If this doesn't work she will as politely as possible gesture for Kana to follow as she gets a rake.]

[ look i pointed out the presence of mops and still was like "go get the rake" we are both working at a deficit here

ABSOLUTELY USE THE MOP. Hit the boo buddy in its cute little bear nose. ]

[ The Boo Buddy giggles as it topples to the floor. ]

[ ...You may have to nudge it one more time to adequately search the desk. ]

[She hates this but she'll do it. Begone.]

[ Boo Buddy in the corner pocket...or something like that. It's now making friends with the cleaning supplies. The desk area is clear! ]

[ Just to be safe, Chris takes a mop of her own and gives it one more nudge! ]

[ It is now face down, ass up in the corner. ]

[ Okay! Chris is now going to search the desk! ]

[ The top of the desk is pretty clean! To search the drawers, you can either try phasing your hand through at random, or expend some ghost energy to open them. ]

[ I guess it’s time to give up some of that ghost power, then. ]

[ Most of the findings are unremarkable. But, in the bottom drawer...

Chris finds a key. ]

[ To get back through the thermal camera blocking the top left door, Kana will unfortunately need to chaperone. You're getting your ghost steps in today, girl. ]
